Editor projects: automatic deletion due to inactivity will take place after a maximum of 365 days, fully automated and without prior notice.
Ordered projects and uploaded/transmitted print data: retention for up to 90 days. After deletion, there is no entitlement to restoration.
Statutory retention of business and tax-relevant documents remains unaffected; print data and print content are generally not included in such obligations.
