Magazine & Brochure Printing – Prepare Your File for Print

To print your custom-designed magazine or brochure with us, please ensure your artwork meets the following requirements:

File format: PDF
Page size A4: 210 mm x 297 mm
Page size A5: 148 mm x 210 mm
Bleed: 3 mm on all sides (top, bottom, left, right)
Image resolution: At least 145 dpi (recommended)
Colour mode: CMYK only; no spot colours
Ink coverage for 130 gsm paper: Maximum 210%
Font embedding: All fonts must be embedded
Upload: ONE PDF file; all pages in the correct order, as single pages

How to Upload Your Print Files

You can upload your print files after placing your order, either via our online form or by FTP.

International Shipping

We deliver not just to the UK, but to the following countries as well: Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and order weight. Delivery to other European countries takes around 10 to 12 working days.

For Customers in Switzerland

We also deliver newspapers to Switzerland. Simply enter your Swiss delivery address during checkout—no extra steps needed. We take care of all customs and import formalities in partnership with MeinEinkauf.ch. Delivery to Switzerland usually takes about 7 to 9 working days.
