FAQs: Printing A4 Softcover Brochures with Perfect Binding

How long does delivery take?

Production and delivery of your A4 brochure with softcover and perfect binding usually take around 5–7 working days. Once your order is complete and your print file approved, it goes straight into production. We ship securely via DPD or UPS.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

You can print your brochure from just a single copy – ideal for special editions or small runs. Of course, larger quantities are also available. Simply set your desired amount in the online calculator.

How many pages can I include?

We recommend a page count of 60 to 200 for softcover brochures with perfect binding. If you need something even more substantial—like an extensive catalogue or report—just let us know. Our robust binding ensures your brochure stays strong, even with higher page numbers.

When do I upload my PDF print file?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll automatically receive an email with a personal upload link. Use this link to upload your finished PDF quickly and securely. Our system automatically checks your file and will let you know if any adjustments are needed. If so, you can simply update and re-upload your file.

In what order should my pages be arranged?

Your brochure should be supplied as a single PDF with individual pages in reading order – starting with the cover, followed by all inner pages, and ending with the back cover.

Can I print my A4 brochure edge-to-edge?

Yes – you can design your brochure full-bleed to the edge. To avoid white borders after trimming, please include a 3 mm bleed all around. No need for extra crop marks – our print system recognises the bleed automatically and ensures a flawless result with clean edges.
