When will my magazine be printed and delivered?
Your magazines will be dispatched within 6 to 8 working days after your order is placed.
How can I pay for my magazines?

What sizes can I print my magazine in?
Your magazine can be printed in either A4 or A5 format.
Can I print just a single copy of my magazine?
Absolutely! You can order any quantity you need – even a short run from just 1 copy.
What file type should I use to upload my magazine?
Once your magazine layout is complete, just upload your file as a PDF – it’s quick and easy.
What does the term bleed mean?
Bleed is the area of your artwork that extends beyond the final trimmed size of your magazine and will be cut off during production. Adding a bleed allows images and colours to run right to the edge of each page – so there are no unwanted white borders. Please make sure you add a 3 mm bleed on all sides of your pages.
How many pages can my magazine have?
Your magazine can have anywhere from 4 up to 40 pages. Just make sure your total page count is a multiple of 4 for perfect results.
What do I need to pay attention to when designing my magazine?
It’s important to create your magazine in the final size (A4 or A5) and to make sure that all images and colours intended to reach the edge of the page extend into the bleed area. Another common issue is missing embedded fonts – so please ensure all fonts are embedded in your PDF. You’ll find a handy checklist in our Technical Guidelines . If there’s any room for improvement, our print file check will notify you automatically.
Can I order paper samples before printing?
Absolutely! We’re more than happy to post out complimentary paper samples. Simply pop your details into our contact form and we’ll get them on their way.
Will my magazine be checked before printing?
We run a pre-print file check on every magazine order. If we spot any major issues or your file isn’t print-ready, we’ll get in touch quickly with feedback on how to improve it. You can then re-upload your revised PDF – at no extra cost.
